Air pressure balance technology can not only guarantee the pressure balance inside of the Dehydrogenation Tunnel, but also according to the process requirement by customer, can ensure dynamic outside balance for different pressure of operation areas. 先进的风压平衡技术,不仅满足隧道热风循环灭菌烘箱内平衡,而且根据客户的工艺要求,做到了不同压差操作区的动态外平衡。
Cooling chamber can use air or water for cooling. The cooling chamber is sterilized by means of HEPA filtered hot air at a temperature of approximately 170-200°C. 风冷或水冷两种方式进行冷却段降温,冷却段可进行约170-200°C热风灭菌。
The air chimney used the negative pressure sealing technology for protecting the HEPA filter. 高效过滤器密封采用风道负压密封设计技术

An airtight insulated door at the tunnel exit (equipped with high temperature inflatable gasket), protects the isolator during the cooling chamber sterilization and enables the isolator to be sterilized without any leak of VHP into the tunnel 可选出料口自动升降密封门,带有耐高温充气密封圈。
Each camber is provided with optional particle counter below the filters to allow for particle counting 可选粒子计数器用于每个腔体高效过滤器下的粒子监控
