Type RW washer is a kind of rotary washer without ultrasonic function. RUW washer has this ultrasonic function.

RW系列是一种不带超声波的旋转式洗瓶机，RUW带有超声波功能。

RW and RUW washer are C-GMP design, six washing(3) and air-blow stations(3) for interior and exterior cleaning. They constructed of AISI-304 series stainless steel (non-contact parts) and AISI-316L series stainless steel (contact parts). All piping and all connections are sanitary type; orbital welds are used throughout.

All pipes are sloped to a 2° angle to prevent water stagnation while assuring complete draining of the machine. All components are world-class brand. The standard control system is SIEMENS PLC with touch PC as HMI, conform the rules of GAMP and CFR PART 11. Optional fully servo driven system can guarantee the smooth and reliable running.

RW和RUW旋转式洗瓶机符合现行GMP规范要求，6步内外清洗和吹扫（3水3气）。整机由非接触部分为不锈钢304材质，接触部分为不锈钢316L的卫生型材质组成。 所有管道及连接为卫生级管道，2°度倾斜用于彻底排水，自动轨迹焊接和内窥镜检查。所有组件、仪表采用国际知名品牌，控制系统标配为西门子PLC和触摸式PC工控机，符合GAMP及CFR PART 11规范。 可选全伺服系统确保整机运行更加平稳可靠。
